2. Agentic ROI Is Showing Up in the Data (Adobe)
Adobe reports that AI-driven traffic to U.S. retail sites grew 393% year over year in the first three months of 2026. In March 2026, AI traffic converted 42% better than non-AI traffic. Engagement was higher too, with shoppers spending longer on site and viewing more pages per visit.
If you are still treating agentic channels as "early," this is your wake-up call.

3. Shopify and OpenAI Are Running an Agentic Commerce Event
Shopify is hosting a webinar with OpenAI on Agentic Commerce and how to prepare now. Two numbers worth paying attention to:
- AI traffic to Shopify stores grew 8× last year.
- Orders attributed to AI carry 30% higher AOV.
If you are responsible for growth and e-commerce performance, this is the type of channel you want to understand early and measure cleanly.

4. New Release: Agentic Commerce Analytics
Built for ROI, not vanity metrics.
We just launched Agentic Commerce Analytics. It is designed to answer the operator questions that actually matter:
- How many sessions are coming from each agent (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude).
- How many orders are attributed, and what revenue is tied to each agent.
- What products get AI traffic, and which ones turn into checkouts.
- What the conversion rate and AOV look like for agentic traffic.
- What collections and landing pages agents are sending shoppers to.
Example from one store view: Last 90 days show 2,574 agent sessions, 82 attributed orders and $5,380 in revenue from ChatGPT referrals.

This is the missing layer between "we got AI traffic" and "we can prove ROI and improve it."
The Operator Checklist for This Week
If you do nothing else, do these four things:
- Baseline your agentic ROI. Track sessions, orders, revenue, conversion rate and AOV by agent.
- Find the leaks. Look for products with high AI sessions and low checkout rate. Those are your fastest wins.
- Fix listing alignment. Improve the top SKUs by making sure title, taxonomy, options and key attributes match how shoppers ask. Agents reward clarity.
- Share the weekly snapshot. Send the analytics view to merch, e-commerce and growth so the whole team sees progress and regressions.
